bringing up address book

Hi
I know i can create shortcuts to create new tasks, email, notes, etc. but is
there any way to open the address book in a shortcut.
or do i always have to bring up the main outlook window or blank email and
click to open address book?

I am not sure what you are asking. If you have Outlook open and need to
bring up the address book, Control + Shift + B will bring it up. If you
look under File->New in the main Outlook window, it will show you the
shortcuts for all the options. However, Outlook must be open for the
shortcuts to work.
