Bringing up AD Domain after Hurricane Francis

Due to the speed we had to had to shut down two of our AD sites in Florida
and both have the 5 roles spread among them while leaving aanother Site
running a DC online. We were not able to move the roles and now will need to
bring them up days after not being online

We are still waiting to get word on when we can get back into the buildings
"WKM and PBY" and bring our Sites back up.

Through this ordeal both the WKM and PBY sites were down "all our roles are
on these two DC's". We did have the DC in CHY site in Virginia up the entire
time. Do you see any issues when we bring back up

PBYDC1 "PDC Master and In fracture Master"
WKMDC1 "RID Master and Schema Master"

Due to the kick time to bring all down we were not able to move the roles to
CHYDC1

Any help would be great.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you have two DCs that hold the 5 FSMO
roles that have been down for several days, that you now want to bring back
online.

As long as you haven't SEIZED the FSMO roles to other DCs in your network
during the outage, bringing up the two DCs shouldn't be too much of a
problem. You'll likely want to force replication to occur so that they can
receive updates from the last several days. But in the world of AD
replication, a few days is a blink - you only really run into trouble if a
server has been offline longer than your tombstone length, which is usually
60 or 90 days.

If, however, you've forcibly seized either the RID Master or Schema master
role to another DC in your network, then the original role holder must be
re-formatted and re-installed before returning to the domain/forest. But it
doesn't seem that this is the case from your description, so aside from that
it sounds like you're good to go.
