Bring to front ,Order problem

I face problem while inserting an image on top of vedioclip in powerpoint
presentation .i want to know that when i press F5 then the image which i put
,brought forward of the vedio file that has goen to backward ... suggestion
 
You can't do that. Video will always be on top. Text or object can't be
placed over them.
