Bring back the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar for MO2003!!!!!!!!!!

Why did you get rid of the Shortcut Bar for Microsoft Office 2003 I HATE it
at the bottom of the screen. It takes up too much room and doesn't float on
top of the page like the toolbar did. Bad move to get rid of it. PLEASE
bring it back!!!!!!!

you cant do this with microsoft access 2003.

you must upgrade to microsoft access 2004:
