I have linked my live account to my Windows Mail but now my live inbox is
empty. How can I bring back all those important messages to my live-hotmail
inbox? This means I can not check my hotmail-live inbox any more from a
different computer than mine? What if I'm traveling around the world without
my laptop?
HELP Please !!! I need to reverse this

Can't be done without forwarding the messages to yourself.

To avoid downloading any more messages into Windows Mail, open Tools |
Accounts | Mail | Hotmail | Properties | Advanced | Leave messages on the
server (check/enable this option; check/enable the other options as
desired).

You accessed your Live account using the POP servers... POP3 email programs,
by default, delete email on the server after downloading.

To move the messages back, you will need to download the newer Windows Live
Mail program.
Installing it will import the messages you downloaded.
Create an account to access your Live account (the regular way, non-POP).
Move (drag) the messages that were downloaded via POP to the Inbox of the
Live account you added.
The messages should be synced back to the server. It may take awhile.

None of this choices worked,
Now I have everything duplicated in my Windows mail inbox and my LIVE inbox
is empty
Would you be a little more simple with explanations please ?

Yes, I know. You can do it with Windows Live Mail.

I just moved (can't copy) a couple of emails from my Roadrunner (POP3)
account to my Hotmail (DeltaSync) account, synced the Hotmail account.
Then in Firefox, went to Hotmail.com, logged into my Hotmail account, and
the messages were there.
I haven't tried it with hundreds of messages, though.

What Dave proposed should work. A WLM Hotmail account will do a
two-way sync with the same account at www.hotmail.com.
