Ok I updated my computer from Xp to vista and with this one whenever plug i
my charger it goes dim, and it never used to do that with xp i cant find
where to change that, its very annoying and i really need help can someone
help me Please....

What model of laptop do you have?

This should be a bios/hardware issue and not Vista.

Look for a couple of keys on your keyboard which have a picture of a sun on
them and an up or down arrow on them. It will be in a different color from
most of the keys.

You will probably have to hold the function key down and press the one with
the up arrow to make it brighter.
