Briefcase help

I have just got a new laptop with XP on and I am trying to
set up a new briefcase. The help files says to right
click, new, briefcase (as with win98) but when I right
click all I get is new folder or new shortcut. Any ideas?
 
XP Home or XP Pro? It works just fine for me on XP Pro - I just tried it on
my desktop. I'm not sure if Briefcase is installed by default on Home, as
I've rarely worked with Home.
