bridge file missing

My computer is missing a bridge file on start up and I
think is causing control panel to not open when the link
is clicked on. Also after installing SP2 my system
restore is no longer available due to a missing entry
point. Any ideas on how to get these missing links?

"Bridge.dll" is a remnant of a spyware file and should be deleted.

Adware.WinFavorites (see "Deleting the values from the registry")
