bridge.dll

A program is attempting to call bridge.dll from C:\WINNT\Downloaded programs but can't find it..
Can the registry entry be deleted
Also a program named Bridge in the list of programs when checking ADD/Remove Softwaqre...but cannot xbe deleted because the bridge.dll program is missing..
Please advise what program bridge.dll belongs to and/or whether it can be removed/deleted
