bridge.dll problem

I have noticed a problem recently and it is I think
affecting my son's ability to play an on line game he
likes.... For example we got in no problem this morning
to toontown.com which is a disney and now every time I
try to enter it, I get an internet explorer problem and
it needs to shut down.... which is very annoying when we
pay for this... but I also get the following whenever we
reboot the computer...


ERROR LOADING C:\WINNT\Downloaded program files\bridge.dll

anyone have any ideas
