Breaking out individual files from a .xls worksheet

Is it possible to break out and save copies of individual files (like P&L,
Balance Sheet, etc) from an Excel worksheet? I realize the functions would
be compromised, but I want to email just the individual pages, if possible.
Can someone help?

Right click the sheet tab and select Move or Copy, then copy it to a new
workbook and send it

you can also use an add-in or macros
