I just bought a larger hard drive and would like to copy
all the files including windows to that new drive. Is
there any way to do so without the drag and drop option

Most drives come with some software for setting up the drive, and they
usually have a feature for copying from your old drive to the new one.
Otherwise, you would need a third party program such as Ghost, Drive Image,
and other similar products.

Drive Copy would also do the job. It is made by
powerquest, the same company that makes partition magic.
