bottom tool bar

when i open my internet pages i cant get rid of them by
clicking the x at the top corner i have to minimise them
down to the system tray at the bottom and the only way
they will go is whaen i log off can anyone help me put it
rightt

Try clearing the internet temporarily internet
files/history/cookies to see if works!
