Bottom border

Hello all
I have a computer at work that will not display or print
the bottom border of a page border in Word 2002. I
created the document on this workstation and it displays
and prints fine. I sent it to another person and the
bottom border doesn't display or print. I tried moving
the margins and border settings but still no luck. I'm
sure this is an easy fix but I guess I can't figure it
out. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

The poster should sync his/her doc margin settings with the
senders. I sent myself a doc that didn't print correctly on
the other computer. Upon inspection, it turned out that I'd
set my margins on the receiving computer ever so slightly
smaller than the sending computer's.

Margins are set in the document, not on the computer, but the printable area
is determined by the printer and may be smaller than the margin area.
