borders show on sheet but not in preview and they are not printing

i'm putting borders on a spreadsheet. they show up on the sheet but do NOT show up in print preview and do not print.

i updated my driver (altho my printer is only 5 months old) and not surprisingly it didn't make a difference.

i am sure it's not the printer since the borders (and gridlines, also checked) are not appearing in preview.

anyone have any idea what's going on???? i need this for my business!!!!

Do you have draft quality print selected? Look in File / Page setup on the Sheet tab. If Draft quality is ticked, clear it.

Eureka!!! Bingo!!!

Thank you =very= much.....this was clicked, now it's not, and i have my borders and gridlines back.
