BootVis Logon + Services Time

My XP Pro machine takes forever to boot. I downloaded BootVis, and it is
showing that Logon+Services takes 198 seconds to run.

How can I diagnose this further, or somehow resolve it? It is a PC at home,
not connected to any domains, etc. I do have a cable modem and router.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
check the rask manager , do u run on hign ram ??, high cpu, what program takes the more cpu power ?
