bootup problem

I'm getting an error I've never seen. After the Bios finds
the IDE drives, I get this message:
"Keyboard is locked out - Unlock the key"
There is no Key and I can't go into Bios or safe mode to
change any settings. I also tried a different keyboard to
no avail.
