Hi All

I tried to install the Microsoft Security Update Feb
Edition CDROM but my laptop turned off without the warning
halfway through (probably dead battery rather than
software error). However I now can't bootup the computer.
I pale blue error warning states I have an error on the D
drive (hard drive partition rather than CD drive) and
automatically performs an error check. The summery info
states there is no error and then the 'flapping' windows
logo appears. Next the error message reappears and loops
the whole procedure again.

I have tried booting up in 'safe mode' but this results in
the same problem

Any ideas?

Thanks

Sam
