BootScreen

I am trying to change the bootscreen of my installation, I used the
"/bootlogo /noguiboot" switch and I placed an file (boot.bmp) in the windows
folder. This works but I can't see the progressbar (I wan't it to be at the
same place as normally). Any ideas?

There are third party tools that integrate the progress bar with the splash
boot screen.
