booted from internet

i have a computer that connects to the internet via modem. ISP is walmart
connect of all things. it randomly boots the user off of the internet while
surfing. i dont beleive it is auto disconnect since it happens while
surfing. the person also believes it may have started doing this after
upgrading from windows me to windows xp. any help is appreciated
 
I would assume contact Walmart Connect for this problem - I'm sure others
would agree that this is not a IE problem.
 
Check your settings here: IE Tools > Internet Options > Connections >
Setting (button) > Advanced (button) > Advanced dial-up settings
