Bootdisk setup Failure

I am setting up a windows 2000 Server for a class, and am
setting up using the Bootdisks. I created the Bootdisks
using a 120 day eval copy of Win 2K Server.

On the first disk, i get an error: An unexpected error
(152680440) has occurred in line 1562 in
D:\nt\private\ntos\boot\setup\arcdisp.c

I have a dual Proc PII 350 with a SCSI Adapter disabled
and 128 Mb Ram.

I realize that it probably has to do with teh arc paths
in the boot sector.

Any ideas??
