Bootable CDRom to access c: drive

Hi,
Is there a simple way to create a bootable CDRom for XP? Once booted I
would like to be able to access the C: drive and ultimately the network. Any
help would be appreciated.

Bart's PE or Knoppix (the latter only if you don't want to write to NTFS
partitions).
