Using Windows XP Pro SP1.

I am the only named user and I am also the Admin.

Whenever I boot the system I get a double window and I have to click on
my own name for the system to continue booting up.

Is there a way to have it automatically bootup?

TIA

Louise

Control Pane

User Account

Change the way users log on or of

Uncheck the Welcome Screen optio

Apply Option

Next time you reboot, it should just log you on in, unless you have a password set up for yourself (not including admin).

If you type "control userpasswords2" (no quotes) in the run command you
should be able to set a user to logon automatically.
