boot windows xp problem

hi
i have installed xp in th C partition of the hard disk after, i installed
the Linux Suse 9.1 in the D partition as i used to do with Mandrek and red
hat versions of linux
but after this i got a strange Message when i try to
boot xp the message is" ntldtr is missing "
i put this file in C but the
problem continue
so now i dont know how to resolve the problem because even
my xp Bootables cds couldnt boot the syste
how can i fix all this and get
rid of this stupid version of linux
