Hi Jatinder.

Can't tell you what is wrong.

Maybee it is your motherbord(bios) who know?

But I can tell you something that may solve your problem.

I asume that you got data on your harddisk you don't want to erase.

If you got a backup of your data you could delete your partions and make a
clean install of your system.

If not I will advice you to get a new harddisk and install your system on
the new disk and then you can access your data on your old harddisk

This will works.

Real men do not backUp data, do you ???

Best wishes

First, instruct XP to install a partition in the space vacated by the
partition you removed.
Install XP.
Remove the CD.
