Boot SP2

When I re-boot my PC I am getting a message IPMON32.exe - unable to locate
component. This appliication has failed to start because IPHook32.dll was not
found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

Any idea what could be causing this problem?

Thanks

This file is installed as part of your Verizon Online service. It is used
to monitor your activities online. Use Google and the first hit you see
will have removal instructions.

A free ISP? I don't think so. How would they pay their employees...pay for
their hardware...pay their electric bill....???

I down loaded and ran spy hunter I ran the clean up and deleted the bad data.
I re-booted the PC and I am still getting the same error.

I went in MSCONFIG start list and un checked IPMON32. Then I went into
install - remove programs and deleted program Yahoo Connection Manager. Well
there goes $29.99 down the tubes.
