Boot problem.

Video board, monitor or connection/cable between. Substitute a different
monitor. See what happens.
 
I try to boot XP and all I get is black screen. Even if I choose Safe Mode.
Command Prompt. Normal Mode. still just get a black screen. Any ideas??
