Do you have a utility TuneUp installed? I think that is why /tutag is
present. What do you see as an error message when the missing .ini file
is reported?

hi Robert, sorry for taking so long with my reply, i had a utility TuneUp
installed but it was only a 30day trial uninstall it two months ago, my
problem only started 4days ago, webpages were missing images and boxes, so i
ran a scan with "pc mightymax" i only use this program to fine a problem, it
told me i had missing reference in a INI. file, Local
ID:0f7db7f-ae9d08d7-5813fsc4-bda4ea98' i hope this sheds some light on the
problem.
