I want to add a Boot Menu option to start Vista without UAC. How do I
do this? Thanks.

Start > Run > Control userpasswords2 > untick the "Users must enter a user
name and password to use this computer" > then click on apply.
You will be asked to enter your login name and password and then click on
okay. You will then have to reboot.

OK, I've tried that but my boot menu still only shows 1 option, Vista. What am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry, I replied to the wrong message. This solution was for another
problem entirely. I apologize again.
