Boot Ini

Hi,
I am running (HP) XP Home SP.1. Intel Pentium 4CPU

2.80 GHz 2.79GHz 384 MB of RAM

When I checked the system config. Utility/Boot Ini/check all boot paths, I get a message that says:
The following line in BOOT.INI file does not refer to a valid operating system.

"C\CMDCONS\BOOTSECT.DAT ="Microsoft Windwos REcovery Console"/cmdcons"
Would you like to remove it from BOOT.INI file.

Should I say yes? What does it mean please.
