Boot.ini

Every time i start my computer it says."wrong boot.ini file" start from
c:\windows\.
Then windows start ok!
But i cant use my XP install cd , because it allways says, cant prosead
because there are someting wrond with the boot.ini file.
How can i restore the boot.ini file?
Please someone!!!!

Here is the contents of my boot.ini
"[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP
Professional" /fastdetect
"
Check it against yours.
