Boot.ini, what does this mean?

B

Bob

Hi, as I have some problem getting into my Win2k system, I have looked at
the boot.ini file from a non windows os.
Anyway this is what I have:

[boot loader]
timeout=3
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINNT
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect
/NoExecute=OptIn

What does the last line mean, as I don't have that on the Win2k boot disk
file?
Would that line stop win2k from loading?

Thanks

This article may help. Probably would just be ignored on Windows 2000
