boot from usb HD

XP can't do anything about it. The boot process is
controlled by the BIOS of the computer, if yours doesn't
support booting from external devices like USB drives,
you won't be able to do it. Check your motherboard's
documentation, and your BIOS setup.
 
If your motherboard doesn't give your the boot option for USB check the
motherboards manuf. web site and see if there is a BIOS update.
An updated BIOS version might give you that boot option.

last but not least DISABLED.
