Have tried recovery console and links (michaelstevens etc)

Try This:

1. Format a Floppy Disk.
2. Remove the attributes S/H/R (ATTRIB [FileName] -S -H -R) from the
following system files on your system partition: NTLDR, NTDETECT.COM,
BOOT.INI, NTBOOTDD.SYS(if present).
3. Copy the reset files to the root of the floppy disk.
4. Restore the attributes to the files on your system partition using
the command: ATTRIB [FileName] +S +H +R

Started 307545, but won't go into safe mode (hangs at mup.sys)
Tried repair with recovery console, but it doesn't give me that option.
See my post corrupted registry.
So I'm trying boot floppy
