I get the following error message upon boot...

Windows 2000 could not start because the following file is missing or
corrupt:
\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM

I followed Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 269075 to Restore a Backup of
the System Hive. And everything seemed fine for two or three boots and then
the message returned. I executed 269075 again but it didn't work this time,
it hangs during the loading of windows.

Any ideas anyone?

Lardy.
