boot failure

Hi,

I have just fitted a Phillips DVDRW416 to my PC, I am now
experiencing difficulties loading windows XP. I was able
to install drivers and software for thr drive.But since
shutting down I am unable to start windows XP, I keep
getting the message "BOOT FAILURE INSERT BOOT DISKETTE IN
A: Press any key when ready."
