Boolian and/or in Mail Rules

Outlook Express allowed me to change the "and" operator in a Rule to an "or" for example

Apply this rule after message arrive
with Alan Chudnow in the reciepient's addres
OR with Alan Chudnow in the subjec
move it to the Alan's Mail folde

Oulook 6 defaults to the "and" operator. Is there a why to change this

You might be able to work around this limitation by using Search Folders in
Outlook 2003. Which version of Outlook are you using?

I'm using Outlook 2003. I'm not familiar with Search Folders. Can you tell me how they might be useful in this situation?
