BookUtil Application

i keep getting error message "BookUtil Application" has
encountered a problem and needs to shut down,etc.
it always occures with my isp program. i have same
program from same disk on windows98 computer with no
problems
 
Perhaps you are using a version of your ISP's program that is not configured
for XP?
