Bookmarks not working

I am trying to hyperlink to a bookmark on a different page and its not working. I have read the other threads listed and I've made sure there are no spaces in the bookmark names and they are under 8 characters. But it still will not work. it keeps taking me to the top of the page I am making bookmarks in.

When you first view the page via the bookmark, is the bookmark text
viewable, if so, then the browser may not jump directly to it.

Not sure what you mean by "is the bookmark text viewable"

When open the page with the bookmark in your browser, can you see the
bookmark text in the browse window?

Better yet, can you provide a URL to the both the page with that links to
the bookmark and the page with the bookmark?

Remove all spaces from folder and file names.

On your second link, I see the bookmark.

You must save the page you create the bookmark in, before you can link to the bookmark
from another page.
If the page you are bookmarking too hasn't been saved you will not see the bookmark when
you "link to a bookmark."

Also make sure your bookmarks don't contain spaces.

A link to #bookmark will work, a link to #book mark will not work.

"There are no bookmarks on this page". This is the infamous error message I get when
creating a bookmark on a different page.
I'm having the same problem as you. Reinstalled Frontpage 2002, created new documents,
did all troubleshooting with 3 Microsoft engineers. Spent several hours already. Must be
a bug because one of the engineers was able to duplicate the same problem on his machine
totally independent of my document.
