bookmark in frames page

ON FP 2000, I want to place an hyperlink in a web different from mine which
will take me to a frames page in my website and show a bookmark located in
the page on the main frame. What I get by trying to do this is that the page
opened by the hyperlink is only the one thats linked to the main frame. What
I need to happen is that the whole frames page opens and that the main frame
will show the bookmark required.
I´ve gone through FP help, MS knowledge base, books, tryouts, but can't do it.
Any ideas?
