Bookmark error for footnotes when printing

When printing a Word 2003 doc. that contains footnotes/endnotes the bookmark
error appears in place of the foot/end note everytime document is qued to
print. Any suggestion on how to disable this feature?

Try unchecking "update fields" in the Tools | Options, Print tab.

Are you perchance using EndNote or other bibliographic software?
