Is there a way to have access printout in a booklet

There are several programs that will intercept the printstream and make
booklets for you.

I have not tried it, but I would guess you may be able to by publishing
it to Word.

The best way is to have a printer driver that will do it. If the driver for your printer
won't, here is a link to some software I have used that does a fairly decent job.
