Booking A resource Questions/Problems Outlook 2003

To allow users to book resources does each user need to be listed separately
or will the default or anonymous accounts if given permissions allow all
users to book a resource? Must the permissions be set to author or will
contributor work? Also if the anonymous account has been deleted how can it
be restored?
