Book1 - Save Default Format Settings

I saved the XLT but when I get back into Excel it isn't loading th
spreadsheet. It still has the old defaults.

What am I doing wrong
 
Did you place the file in the Excel startup folder as mentionned in my
previous post?
Depending on your version and OS, this folder (xlStart) may be in different
places.
It should be present at least in the Office directory (C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office)
