bold type does not print

when i print document anything that is bold will not print.
I have tested printer with other computers and works fine
All other fonts print fine just not bold
I have also been able to print bold text using notebook and email text so
this seems to be a windows problem.
 
Perhaps the bold variant of the font you are using has become corrupted or
is not installed?
