Boarders in Excel

Is it possible to create a boarder in excel as you do in word?
I don't mean boarders around a Cell or area of Cells, but as in the entire
printed page, but still be able to use excel as needed.

Pat,

In a word -- no. In another word -- yes. Excel won't border pages automatically as Word
does. But you could do it manually after the sheet has been paginated (the dotted lines
that appear after a print or print preview). You'd use cell borders (Format - Cells -
Borders tab). You wouldn't be able to get the little cherries, etc., that Word provides --
just lines. But there are some somewhat fancy lines available in the borders. If you need
to do this frequently, a macro would be the way to go, if you're interested and willing.
That's what macros are good for -- nonstandard tasks that need to be automated.

But if you bottom-post to a reply that's
already top-posted, the thread gets messy.
