my text on my web pages and well everything on my computer is slightly
blurry, what can i do to fix it?

LCD (flat panel) monitor?
Set it to its native resolution - that is the resolution it was designed to
look best at.

If you give the make/model here - we can help you look it up.

In addition to Shenan's suggestion:

"Clear Type" is a feature in XP that can make fonts look more smooth but if
enabled on a CRT monitor it can have the opposite effect. Check under
Display settings> Appearance> Effects. If "Clear Type" is selected, try the
other setting and vice versa.
