blurry print

occasionally the print on my screen gets so blurry it is
difficult to read. only way i can cure it is restart.
anyone know how to fix this problem?

1) Verify you have the latest driver for your video card.
2) Verify that just turning off/on (degaussing) your monitor doesn't fix it.
3) Verify that the inside of your computer is properly cooled.
