Blurry Pictures in Internet Explorer 6

I have WindowsXP Pro. Somewhere I ran across a review
that told that there was a fix for the blurry pictures in
Internet Explorer when you have WindowsXP or XP Pro.

Does anybody know what the fix is, or where I can find
it? The review said it was in the FAQ for WindowsXP but
it's not there.
