Bluetooth

Hi
Sorry if I am in wrong group, if so please advice me. I am a bit lost how to
connect using Bluetooth. My Dell reserves COM 5 and COM 7 fot the BT. Does
this mean I can use these to connect any SW to use those ports or does it
mean that they are unavailable?
I have tried to find tutorials about the logic of the Bluetooth. By the way
are the COM ports for one unique device only, so that others can not use it?
